I started Critical Compressions because I believe everyone should be able to act when it counts — not freeze. As an EMS provider for the past sixteen years, I've seen firsthand what those critical first minutes look like — and I know that nearly 90% of cardiac arrests happen outside of a medical facility. The truth is, you are far more likely to perform CPR on someone you love than on a stranger. That reality drives everything I do. My training is hands-on, no-nonsense, and built around the real situations your team will actually face. No lecture halls. No wasted time. Just the skills that save lives — and the people who matter most to you.
All certifications are AHA-issued, accepted by every employer and licensing board in North Carolina. Same-day card included.
